PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please check the shipping address carefully, especially if using the optional payment apps which operate outside of AURA QUE control and may default to out of date address data. A telephone number is required, for use by our shipping provider only; this is not shared or used for any other purpose. If you have a specific delivery date request, please add a note at the cart stage and we will try our best to accommodate this.

Payments can be made securely online with Shopify Payments through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; your privacy and security are assured. Our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP); if it is necessary to convert this to another currency, international credit card providers and/or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing or administration fee; this is outside the control of AURA QUE.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from AURA QUE. You will receive a tracking number directly by email from our shipping provider when the package is collected from us. If you order on a Thursday after 16:45, Friday-Sunday or over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day so may take a little longer. If we have any queries (usually regarding stock availability or an incomplete delivery address), we will email you and hold your order for a reasonable period until we receive a response. Goods are subject to availability.
