ORDER NOT ARRIVED AS EXPECTED?

Expected delivery periods are detailed in the tables below. These may be impacted by issues outside AURA QUE control, such as Royal Mail strikes, and pressure on delivery systems at busy periods such as Black Friday Cyber Monday and Christmas.

If you are concerned that your order has not yet arrived, please check the tracking link reference provided directly by email from our shipping provider. For UK missed deliveries where re-delivery via the tracking link is not an option, the Royal Mail website has a tool to find your local delivery office; when collecting packages, please remember to take ID in the name of the addressee, which will be shown on your confirmation email.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Please check the shipping address carefully, especially if using the optional payment apps which operate outside of AURA QUE control and may default to out of date address data. A telephone number is required, for use by our shipping provider only; this is not shared or used for any other purpose. If you have a specific delivery date request, please add a note at the cart stage and we will try our best to accommodate this.

Payments can be made securely online with Shopify Payments through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; your privacy and security are assured. Our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP); if it is necessary to convert this to another currency, international credit card providers and/or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing or administration fee; this is outside the control of AURA QUE.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from AURA QUE. You will receive a tracking number directly by email from our shipping provider when the package is collected from us. If you order on a Thursday after 16:45, Friday-Sunday or over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day so may take a little longer. If we have any queries (usually regarding stock availability or an incomplete delivery address), we will email you and hold your order for a reasonable period until we receive a response. Goods are subject to availability.
