Finished with flexible rubber soles with grips, the cosy and hardwearing AMAL felt slip-on mule slippers are individually handcrafted, with inside sole padding for comfort.
Dimensions: Available in sizes EU36 (UK3) to EU46 (UK11). We recommend sizing up if in any doubt. While the slippers will mould gently to the wearer's feet with use, their lifespan will be extended if they are not stretched.

Our slippers are carefully hand-felted using 100% raw sheep wool, soap and water. The shades of grey, brown and cream are completely natural, while other colours are produced using azo-free dyes. Wool is a natural insulator, with high breathability, and it resists odours due to its natural antibacterial properties. Wool is one of the most sustainable fabrics in existence; renewable and biodegradable, it requires relatively little water for its production. Our wool is mulesing free.
To form our rubber soles, premium natural liquid latex is coagulated, rolled, and pressed into textured sheets to form a lightweight, highly flexible sole. Contouring naturally to the foot, these soles provide exceptional grip, shock absorption and long-lasting walking comfort. Our rubber soles are tested to align with the manufacturing standards of Clarks Footwear. To provide a leather-free alternative to our popular MITA mules, these slippers feature sizing tags made from premium vegan microfiber.
Our slippers are hand-felted by a women's co-operative in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. Each piece is made around a reusable 'resist' mould and felted by hand, then felted more around reusable resin EU size 'last' to give the consistent shoe size. They are dried in the sun and the suede sole is beautifully machine-stitched into place to finish each pair. AURA QUE has been working with the group since 2013.
