Our KOMUD Moody Blue cotton pouch is handmade in Nepal from textured handwoven cotton with a strong cotton lining, single internal patch pocket and recycled sari knot zip pull. The rich Moody Blue shade brings colour to everyday organisation without feeling overpowering. Vibrant yet practical, it is designed to brighten handbags, work totes and travel bags while still working hard in daily life. A Rich Moody Blue Shade

The Moody Blue colourway is a rich, vibrant blue with the slightest green undertone. It is brighter and more mood-lifting than navy, while still feeling practical enough for everyday use.

Inspired by the blue of Tibetan prayer flags, the shade gently nods to sky and space — a colour associated with openness and possibility. The black warp woven through the fabric gives the blue extra depth and texture, creating a softer and more characterful finish than flat factory-made fabric.

Compact, Useful And Easy To Carry

KOMUD measures approximately 20 × 21.5 × 10 cm, making it ideal for the small essentials that otherwise disappear into the bottom of your bag.

Use it for:

  • Jewellery
  • Lip balm
  • Medication or small pill packets
  • Earbuds
  • Cables and chargers
  • Hair clips
  • Cotton pads
  • Travel minis
  • Small toiletries
  • Handbag organisation
  • Small keepsakes and accessories

Opens Wide So You Can See What’s Inside

One of the most useful features of KOMUD is the doctor’s bag-style frame opening. Instead of collapsing flat like many small zip pouches, the structured hinge helps it open wide so smaller essentials are easier to see and reach.

Whether you are searching for jewellery, earbuds, medication or lip balm, the wider opening helps everyday routines feel calmer and less cluttered.

A Washable Cotton Pouch Designed For Everyday Use

KOMUD is machine washable on a cool gentle cycle, making it practical enough for real daily use while still feeling tactile, handmade and personal. The strong cotton lining and woven cotton outer balance softness with durability.

Handmade Texture With Everyday Character

The outer cotton fabric is handwoven using a black warp and natural undyed weft, then overdyed using azo-free dyes to create subtle texture and depth. The two-tone finish can shift slightly in changing light and helps disguise some of the rough and tumble of everyday use.

Every KOMUD pouch is individually stitched by artisans within a World Fair Trade Organization certified collective in Kathmandu, Nepal, where over 25 women are employed through skilled work. Several deaf women work within the workshop and communicate using sign language with the production manager.

A Thoughtful Handmade Gift

Useful, compact and easy to fill with little extras, KOMUD makes a thoughtful handmade gift for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day, teachers, travellers or anyone who loves practical organisation with handmade character.

Fill it with jewellery, lip balm, stationery, travel minis or small treats for a gift that feels personal without becoming complicated. The Moody Blue colourway feels vibrant, uplifting and easy to gift.
