Apologies for the recent radio silence - it’s been all go behind the scenes at AURA QUE...
Eleanor and I have been burning the midnight oil to prep the designs, specs and background info I need to make the most of the precious time on this trip. Lauren and Megan have been juggling endless mock-up and photo requests and last-minute measurements.
This is my first time back since 2023, after missing last year’s visit to welcome my daughter Etta. The 15-day trip is packed: inspecting the workshops, sorting production niggles, progressing new samples, and photographing everything and everyone. It's a hectic schedule, but I feel hugely privileged to be back in this welcoming and inspiring country, and meeting with the wonderful artisans that we collaborate with.
